On Sunday, October 16th (originally scheduled for Sunday, October 9th), First Union celebrated Grandparent’s Day and Back to School with a cookout after our morning worship.  Thank you to the Sunday School for pulling this event together and the Hospitality Ministry and others who prepared the delicious food.  Thank everyone who pitched in and helped in any way.

The attendance was WONDERFUL and so was the weather.  Everyone was so excited to see family and friends that they hadn’t seen in a while.  The fun and the laughter were contagious!  Our young people enjoyed the games and basketball and our seniors enjoyed the fellowship.  Thanks again to all who made this a special day!  Enjoy the pictures!
